Plot Summary
The film begins with Jai saving a child from a runaway car and getting injured in the process. He is taken to the hospital by his sister Geeta (Tabu), who is a head constable. There, he meets Rinky Shah (Daisy Shah), a club dancer who is impressed by his bravery. Jai also helps a physically challenged girl named Suman (Genelia D'Souza) to write her exams. He tells her to help three people and ask them to do the same, thus creating a chain of good deeds.
Meanwhile, Jai's friend Arjun (Suniel Shetty), who is also an army officer, is killed by a corrupt politician named Dashrat Singh (Danny Denzongpa) for exposing his illegal activities. Jai decides to take revenge on Dashrat and his associates, including his brother Dilip Kadam (Aditya Pancholi), his son-in-law Shreekant Patil (Mukul Dev) and his nephew Imran Siddique (Sharad Kapoor). He also exposes their crimes to the public through media and social networks.
Jai faces many challenges and obstacles in his mission, but he is supported by his family, friends and the people he has helped. He also falls in love with Rinky and proposes to her. However, Dashrat kidnaps Rinky and Suman and threatens to kill them unless Jai surrenders. Jai agrees to meet Dashrat at a deserted location, where he is attacked by his goons. He manages to fight them off with the help of Arjun's ghost and the people who have joined his movement. He then confronts Dashrat and defeats him in a hand-to-hand combat.
